These credentials connect your agency’s account with the cruise lines, making it easy to handle bookings and post-booking tasks like cancellations, changes, and payments.
Important Note: Traveltek connects you to suppliers but is not a travel company itself. Therefore, you will need your own cruise credentials to make bookings. However, we can help you in obtaining these credentials.
To get these credentials, contact us with your agency details, and we will work with the cruise lines to request adding Traveltek API bookability to your profile. Once issued, the credentials are added to our system, linking your bookings directly to your cruise line account. You can manage them in Admin Settings under Sales Channels Management.
